Garlic will not be available to ship until September.
This variety is indigenous to the Kitab region of Uzbekhistan. It was brought to the United States by John Swenson who participated in the 1989 expedition to Central Asia. Chester Aaron then cultivated the garlic and made it commercially available. This variety produces fairly large bulbs which contain cloves that are spotted brown or purple.
One bag of garlic weighs approximately 4 oz
