Collected in Spain by G. Lutovsky and cultivated in Nevada, this is a beautiful garlic which when baked is mild and creamy. Raw, the heat starts mild, but builds to intense. Very much like Creole Red. SOURCED IN THE OKANOGAN VALLEY OF WASINGTON STATE, Certified Organic.
