This is a huge tomato with brilliant green shoulders and a lime green body, but the most amazing thing about this tomato is its outstanding flavor. What a gretat tomato-all that flavor in a 1-2 pound fruit! Unlike other green tomatoes which must turn yellow on the bottom before they are ripe, Green Giant is ripe when it is lime green. The vines grow 4-6 feet in height and produce single, 1-2 pound fruit.
